The Wildcat Dance Team “takes the stage” under moody lights …
… and breaks into a smaller group during its fall fundraiser
Dancers’ audience enjoys a spirited performance.
The 2012-13 Wildcat Dance Team held its fall production, “Take the Stage,” on Saturday afternoon in Penn College Klump Academic Center Auditorium. A fundraising event for the team, the event also included performances by guest students from the Milissa Augustine Dance Academy. Dancers showcased numerous styles throughout the production: jazz, tap, lyrical, hip hop, street funk, musical theater, contemporary and African rhythms. The musical selections that accompanied the choreography were a variety of contemporary, traditional and urban, with a touch of Christmas. Santa also made an appearance for those boys and girls wishing to share a visit with him!
